IS BACK IN ACTION :thumb107022983:
Well, my Part 2 for Blender 2.54 beta Tutorial series took more than I expected - I actually finished it late last night - but the wife was saying that 3am comes terribly early... so I had to wait till today to upload them.
In the tutorial I refer to MatLab - which seems to no longer be available on the Web... so I linked to most comprehensive materials library for Blender that I could find.
Linky -
matrep.parastudios.de/index.ph…In Part 3 of my Tutorial series I'll be covering how to bring in materials from other Blender .blend files. This next tutorial will be a bit more advanced and will include a lot of model work 'how-to'. It will step by step show how I create my Rims and Tires (which I've done many of) - it will also cover creating a building and display stand, as we will be putting the tire and rim on a display stand in the window of a tire shop.
Lots to do - this tutorial will take me several days to create - as it usually takes me a full afternoon just to create a rim, and other afternoon to create a tire with tread and white raised letters.
Well - off to get started...
